WLSQ delivers community legal education (CLE) for service providers, volunteers, the community and women across Queensland, including in rural, regional and remote areas of the state.

WLSQ presents specialised CLE sessions in the following areas:

• WLSQ and our referral pathways.
• Trauma informed legal practice.
• Sexual assault: counselling notes privilege.
• Family law including:
  • Divorce and separation.
  • Parenting arrangements.
  • Property settlement.
  • Family dispute resolution.
•  Domestic violence including:
  • Applying for a DVO.
  • Domestic violence legislation in Queensland including coercive control.
  • Safety planning.
  • The intersection of domestic violence and family law.
  • Women on temporary visas and domestic violence.
•  Child protection matters.
